You can contact us personally, by telephone, email or you may be referred to us by your GP, Solicitor, Health Visitor, Social Worker or other voluntary agencies.
What Happens Next?
Once a referral has been made, you will be invited to attend an initial interview at our centre at Warwick Gates Community Centre with one of our counsellors.
You will be given time to explain your difficulties in a private and confidential setting. If you wish to pursue further help after this initial interview you may be put onto the waiting list until a counsellor is available who will offer you a series of appointments.
Appointments are offered on weekdays during normal working hours. Evening appointments are subject to availability.
How Much Does It Cost?
Clients are invited to make donations towards the cost of the counselling provided. The amount will vary according to their ability to pay. Whilst no one will be refused counselling on the basis of it not being affordable, a minimum donation of £15.00 per session is suggested.
